Nelson knew where to go in challenging weather and found us a wonderful viewing of the Northern Lights from Sommaroy. He took pictures of everyone and shared all 400 photos at no extra charge.

Nelson and his tour are AMAZING! As soon as we got into the van he said that night we'd need to drive a bit far to get awesome aurora and if everyone was okay with that (already shows the kind of awesome guide he is) we agreed and started the adventure! Once we got to the perfect spot he set everything up and just a bit after, the show started! It absolutely exploted above our heads, we saw the most amazing auroras dancing for hours. Nelson was fantastic the whole time, he took an insane amount of pictures of all of us which he provided for FREE. The only small downside on my opinion is that the van was not warm enough, we were super cold on the way back. Either way, ABSOLUTELY recommend it. Book with him, you will not regret it!

Can’t recommend this tour enough!!! Nelson was an amazing guide along with his driver who both did what they could to provide the best experience for everyone. We drove out to Finland to find clear skies and were not disappointed a stunning show of the aurora - as well as hot chocolate around the fire!

I had an amazing time with El Gigante Tour Aurora. The tour guide Nelson does everything that he can to make all tourists feel confortable - from lending us warm clothes that definately helps endure the low temperatures to really enjoy taking our pictures with the aurora borealis. This was a great value for money experience and I reccommend it - especially to iberic-latino travellers since he knows how to make us feel welcomed. In my group there was a minority of non-Spanish and non-Portuguese speakers and he also made them feel part of the group.
